When you can return

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or size.
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown.

How to request a return

Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or unboxing video of the issue. This helps us resolve your case quickly.

Refunds & exchanges

Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. Refund timelines depend on the method used for the original order.

What isn’t covered

Used, washed, or damaged-by-customer items, and requests made outside the return window, may not be eligible.
